Die im Buch fehlenden Quellenangaben

Die Quellenangaben mussten aus Platzgründen aus dem Buch hierher ausgelagert werden; hier sind sie jetzt aber endlich. Sollte was im Buch Erwähntes fehlen, bitte in den Kommentaren beschweren, ich sehe dann noch mal nach.

Liebe Kathrin Passig!
Mich würde noch interessieren, wo die Aussage von Ethan Coen zu finden ist (Buch S. 81). Habe das aus den bisherigen Quellenangaben heraus nicht erkennen können.
Finde das Buch übrigens höchst aufschlussreich und befreiend.
